BMC Remedyforce is built on the Salesforce platform. AutomationEdge has an Integration App in the Salesforce App Exchange free to download. You can integrate AutomationEdge and Remedyforce with simple configurations on the Integration App for connections and AutomationEdge workflows metadata.

AE Bot automatically resolves assigned tasks without human intervention. If certain tasks need approval, the bot can send for approval and resume when approved. End-to-end automation will reduce the burden on the IT team and free them to work on more productive tasks. Businesses are using AutomationEdge to radically reach new levels of performance.

AutomationEdge and BMC Remedyforce together provide a powerful cognitive platform which can digitally transform orgs.

The Salesforce connector can directly perform operations on Salesforce modules, using the Salesforce Web Services. The ready actions for the Salesforce (BMC Remedyforce) connector include,

- Salesforce Input  
The Salesforce Input ready action extracts records from a Salesforce module or based on query criteria.

- Salesforce Delete  
The Salesforce Delete ready action deletes a record in a Salesforce module.

- Salesforce Insert  
The Salesforce Insert ready action inserts records into a Salesforce module by specifying the required field values in the action configurations or by providing a json file with the field and values as key-value pairs.

- Salesforce Update  
The Salesforce Update ready action updates records in a Salesforce module by specifying the required field values in the action configurations or by providing a json file with the field and values as key-value pairs.

- Salesforce Upsert  
The Salesforce Upsert ready action inserts/updates records into a Salesforce module by specifying the required field values in the action configurations or by providing a JSON file with the field and values as key-value pairs.
