Today’s video is the second in the series for AutoationEdge-ServiceNow integration. The video showcases an AutomationEdge Bot: ServiceNow List Incidents. It shows how to fetch a user’s ServiceNow incident list with AutomationEdge ITPA/RPA.

The Bot includes the following AutomationEdge Plugin steps:
