Today’s video is the first in the series for AutomationEdge-BMC Helix integration. This video showcases an AutomationEdge RPA Chatbot: BMC Helix Ticket Creation and Chatbot Response. It will showcase requesting incident creation on a chatbot, followed by fulfilment with BMC Helix Ticket Creation and sending a Chatbot response.

The AutomationEdge workflow includes the following steps: Get Variables, Modified Java Script, Advanced REST Client, Mail, Set Workflow Result, Write to Log
