# Cherwell : Connectivity Error❌

**Problem:**

> Cherwell Step throws below error while Test Connection!

**Solution:**

The issue is with the **IIS pooling** for CherwellAPI.

Update the _‘ **Identity** ’_ property to the local system, to resolve this issue.
