**RPA (Robotic Process Automation)** mimics front-end user actions across screens and business applications (data entry, clicking buttons, extracting invoice data), while **ITPA (IT Process Automation)** targets backend IT infrastructure, operations, and service management (provisioning virtual machines, resetting AD passwords, restarting services, parsing server logs).
