# Error reading shared objects

**Problem:** Unable to open the workflow in process studio with error “There was an error reading the shared objects, the maximum wait time of 10 seconds exceeded while acquiring lock”

**Solution:**

- Go to “C:\users\admin” directory

- Delete .pentaho folder from this directory

- Restart Process Studio and check
