To output your data with a specific, pre-formatted header structure (“Sr No”, “ID”, “Working Hrs”), you need to physically create the template file first and then configure your workflow to use it.

Here is how to set it up:

**1.Create the Excel Template** :Outside Process Studio.

Open Microsoft Excel, type your headers (“Sr No”, “ID”, “Working Hrs”) into the first row, apply any visual formatting you want (like bold text or background colors), and save the file as a `.xlsx` document.

**2.Enable Template Option** :File & Sheet Tab.

In your **Microsoft Excel Writer** step, check the box for **Use template when creating new files**. Then, specify the exact file path to the template you just saved in the **Template file** field.

**3.Prevent Header Duplication** :Content Tab.

Since your template already contains the headers, go to the **Content** tab and check **Omit Header** to exclude the workflow from writing its own header row. Use the **Start writing at cell** option (e.g., typing `A2`) to force the data to start writing exactly one row below your template headers. Run a quick test to verify the alignment.
