# Get files from server

i am using (get files from server plug-in ) and I have uploaded the file on server but i am still getting an error of cannot find file on server.

Please check the following points step by step to resolve the **“cannot find file on server”** error when using the **Get Files from Server** plugin:

- Ensure the process is running on the **same agent/server** where the file is uploaded.

- Verify that the **correct agent** is selected during execution and the file exists on that agent’s machine
