Hi Team,

I am trying to select data using the Spying tool in AutomationEdge Process Studio, but the element is not being detected by the Spying tool. Because of this, I am unable to capture the data or interact with that element.

Could you please guide me on how to select or capture data when the Spying tool is unable to detect the element?

Thanks.

First, identify whether the target is a **Web application** or a **Windows/Java Desktop application**

- **Web Applications:**

#### Windows Applications

- **Spying Mode:** Ensure the Spy mode is set to **Windows**.
- **Accessibility Check:** Use **Accessibility Insights for Windows** to verify whether the element exposes standard accessibility properties.
- **If the Element Is Not Detected:** This may indicate that the underlying UI framework does not expose the required accessibility information.
