# I am not able to login automation edge

It seems some log file is open in notepad or other editor.

Hello Arjun,

AutomationEdge uses Liquibase to connect to database and create tables. Looks like it had acquired lock earlier and could not release it. This may happen due to abrupt shutdown of tomcat service.

Contact AE Support team for resolution in case this issue occurs.

Error : liquibase.exception.LockException: Could not acquire a change log lock. Currently locked.

Resolution : Please Update the Locked column value as “False” in “databasechangechangelock” table in Postgres under vae database.

Query : UPDATE databasechangechangelock SET LOCKED=false where ID=1;

After that restart the tomcat & then login to AEUI
