**Problem Statement:** Opening Process Studio gives error "Invalid License". **Troubleshooting:** - Please verify that the server you are connecting to has a valid UAT/Dev/Trail\* license. Process Studio needs either a UAT/Dev/Trail license to work. It will not work with a subscription License (Production). - Please ensure license MAC address and system mac address are same. - Customer ID, license ID should match with license file data and Operation type is set to “Create”. **Solution:** - Install AutomationEdge on another server - Ensure that there is no AE license on this server (Delete license entry from DB as well) - Apply for UAT/Dev/Trail\* license - To check UAT/Dev/Trail license eligibility write to [support@automationedge.com](mailto:support@automationedge.com) ---
