# Knowledge Article::Unable to Start Process Studio

**Problem Statement:**

If you face error while starting Process Studio like

**Solution:**

Check environment variables & values for it.  
Make sure you have set JAVA\_HOME, JRE\_HOME & Path variables with respective values for each.  
like-  
JAVA\_HOME= C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0\_152

JRE\_HOME= C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0\_152

PATH= %JRE\_HOME%/bin;%JAVA\_HOME%/bin;
