# OCR: Tesseract 🔍

**Problem:**

> **Facing issues while trying to use _Tesseract_ OCR step.**

Process Studio Version: 5.5.0

**Solution:**

_Tesseract - JAI I/O jar needs to be added externally in the Process Studio._

Perform below steps:

1. Copy the jai-imageio-core-1.3.1.jar from below path

2. Paste in the Process Studio’s lib folder (Ex. D:\process-studio-5.5.0\lib )

3. Open Process Studio and run workflow again.
