# PDF to base 64

Is there anything in proccess studio that can helpme transform a PDF file do base 64 format? Or in anyway transfer this PDF file to the oracle database directly?

I Believe you can do it using powershell step.

Thank you.  
I tried with powershell step but i got the about\_Execution\_Policies error.  
When i open powershell from windows, it works.  
You know how i can give ProcessStudio the access to run the powerShell script?
