# Process Studio - Unable to connect to AutomationEdge

Hello,

i´m new in this tool!  
I registered in the portal and accessed normally, but when trying to access Process Studio I get the errors below:

Log error: 2019-10-11 11:27:54 main ERROR ProcessStudio:9989 - AutomationEdge authentication exception, \<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN”

what i need to do?

Bruno,

Could you please let me know below details?  
1.Are using proxy on your machine?  
2.Which credentials(UAT/DEV/TRIAL) you are using for Process studio login?  
3.Please share process\_studio.log file.
