# RDP Session - Could not start RDP Session: Password is not set for this Agent

Good morning,

Someone had problems using the RDP Session (Agent Controller). I enable the RDP Session, but after enabling the error below: “Could not start RDP Session: Password is not set for this Agent”. Has anyone caught this error? Or do you have a step by step that can help me?
