# Unable to start the Process Studio its not working

Hi! Rushikesh

Looks like your Process Studio and AE instance are out of sync. Did you find any information in the Process Studio log files. Is it an active user?  
Did you move your PS distribution? Check the license and registration on AE UI portal.
