Darshan Hiranandani : How do continuous improvement and continual improvement compare?

I see the difference in the scope and frequency of changes. Continuous improvement usually implies that improvements are made all the time, as part of a regular process. Continual improvement, however, suggests a cycle where improvements are made systematically over time but not necessarily on a daily basis. It’s about creating a culture where both incremental and periodic improvements are valued.
