Error communicating with the remote browser. It may have died

I have faced this issue while using WEB Plugin:
Start Browser.0 - ERROR (version 5.4.1 from 2020-03-02) : Error communicating with the remote browser. It may have died.

Then I was told by AutomationEdge team to add the below value in the system path variable:
C:\Windows\System32

After that, it worked.

I’m also facing the same issue. Can you please explain what value we have to put inside C:\Windows\System32
