In AutomationEdge Process Studio, the method used to fetch only a specific row depends on whether you are extracting data from a UI table (Web or Desktop) or filtering a workflow data stream:

1. Extracting a Row from a Web or Desktop UI Table

If you are using table steps such as GUI: Web Table or GUI: Get Table Data:

  • Action / Selection Option: Set the option to One Row With Specific Columns.
  • Configuration: Enable and specify the target row number in the Row Index field.

2. Fetching a Specific Row from a Data Stream

If you already have data flowing through a Process Studio workflow pipeline:

  • Sample rows Step: Extracts specific individual row numbers or row ranges (e.g., row 5 or 5..10) directly from the incoming stream.
