Generate Rows and Get Variable

What is the difference between “Generate Rows” and “Get Variable”?

Using Generate Rows one can give hard coded input as below

Get variable used for getting value from another process or workflow
By using cntr+space key you can access that env_variable which is set in another workflow.

In Generate rows" step, we can create n number of rows and in “Get variable” step we can only create one row at a time.
