Mail plugin connecting with domain user SMTP

I am trying to connect AE server and Mail plugin with SMTP server.

These are the options our customer provided us and would like to know if anyone has succeeded in setting up this configuration:

  1. Host: mail.domain.com/Port: 25
    No Authentication.
    TLS

  2. Host: mail.domain.com/Port: 465
    Active Authentication
    Username: (Windows Domain)\username (without @domain.com)
    Password: ***********.
    Connection type: StartTLS

Any experience in the field who could share how to setup configuration for AE Server and Mailing plugin.
