If I try to do schedule transfer through API what response would be received in case of error or issue?

If Schedule Transfer is invoked through API and Target User has Write access to Scheduled Workflows then 200 Ok will be returned
If Schedule Transfer is invoked through API and Target User does not have Write access to Scheduled Workflow then API will return error and no schedules will be transferred.
If Schedule Transfer is invoked through API by Any User other than Tenant Administrator then API will throw Access denied error
