Problem:

“Unable to open .psw or .ps file in process studio”

“Exceeds the timeout of 10 sec while opening a file”

Solution:

  • Go to the ‘process-studio-5.5.0(your version).process-studio\metastore’ directory.
  • Delete .LOCK file from this directory and restart the process-studio.
  • This will resolve the issue.
