if we are taking an child workflow at that time why its necessary to create table first and then adding the vale? cant we create the runtime table in child workflow and use?

Could you specify which table you have mentioned in question?
Database table?
actually dynamic table creation at runtime in child workflow at that time it will not generate table in database.
