How to delete the workflow for which request has been submitted?

We cannot delete the workflow once request is executed for the workflow.

Then what is the Function of delete icon in workflow list?

Hi! Shubham,

Once a request is submitted, you can only perform the following:

  1. You can un-assign the workflow from Agents.
  2. You can deactivated the workflow.

You can use the Delete option only if workflow requests are not submitted yet.
