I have created AE_HOME environment System Variable pointing to the aehome directory. I have also copied the integration service configuration file in the conf directory under aehome. Can I point AE_INTG_HOME to the same path?

First of all We recommend setting up a separate Web Server (e.g. Tomcat) on a separate machine other than AE. for Integration Services. Secondly, maintain a separate AE_INTG_HOME on a machine where the integration service will run.
