Agent Not start

I am facing issue to startup Agent, when i startup.bat in command format then display to error,
How to solve this?

Hi All, While registering AE-Agent after executing startup.bat, I am getting following error :- Error occurred during initialization of VM, Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap. Please suggest answer.
