Can we change workflow category on AutomationEdge Server ? I’m unable to change it from the server

Yes, you can change a workflow’s category on the AutomationEdge Server, but it must be managed through the dedicated Categories page rather than the standard Workflow Edit menu
Method 1: Change Category in AE Server UI (Recommended)

  1. Log in to AutomationEdge Server UI and navigate to Workflows → Categories.
  2. Select the current category.
  3. Choose the target category from Move selected workflows to.
  4. Select the workflow(s) and click Move.
  5. To move a workflow back to Default, click the X icon next to its name.

Method 2: Change Category in Process Studio

  1. Open the workflow in Process Studio.
  2. Go to File → Publish → Update.
  3. Select the desired category in the Category dropdown and complete the update.
