To do this, we need to download agent on another system and run it.

I am assuming that when you say A Single Agent, you mean one agent (like one entry you can see on the Agents tab in UI).

If my assumption is correct - a single agent - then the answer is no. One agent can run only on one machine. You cannot actually run that same agent on multiple machines.
