Difference between Web table and Web loop table?

This question was already posted earlier.
In “Web Loop Table” step, we can mention conditions to fetch the rows. In “Web Table” step, we cannot provide any condition; it will fetch all the records. We can use “Web Loop Table” step in a loop. We cannot use “Web Table” step in a loop.
