Do you have any key point in the mail body/subject or anywhere else, so we can identify by applying some rules over it.

There may be key points like company name and it may not be also. In manually using that company name we will google it and find out the country.
Okay, we can do one thing in this case. We need to maintain a dataset of company with the respective country(with all possibilities) and if nothing comes in mail body will add it as “other”
