Hello Bharti,
You can do so by using either a combination of Workflow Categories and User Groups or a singular of these individually.
For instance,
You can group workflows in categories and then assign permissions to those categories to either user groups or individual users. You can do the same for individual workflows too.
This functionality is available in the Categories sub tab of Workflow
For every workflow/workflow category, you can assign granular permissions: Read, Write and Execute.
