We can only read one single sheet from spreadsheet using GoogleSheet: Read plugin step.

If you want to read multiple sheets use multiple GoogleSheet: Read steps in a workflow.

In case all sheets have the same format/data, you may include all the sheets in the Excel Input and read them all at once in one step.
additional field can be appended that reports from which sheet record was extracted.
