IN Web GUI how can we drag inner frame box into outer frame?
Do you mean how we can move from inner frame to outer frame? Have you tried the Web Switch Frame step?
If you want to switch from one frame to another frame, then use Web Switch Frame plugin.
And,
If you want to drag one frame/element to another then use Web Action Plugin - in that you can select Action as Drag & drop by giving source & destination xpaths.
