Knowledge Article :: Process Studio Error- Invalid License

Problem Statement:

Opening Process Studio gives error "Invalid License".

Troubleshooting:

  • Please verify that the server you are connecting to has a valid UAT/Dev/Trail* license. Process Studio needs either a UAT/Dev/Trail license to work. It will not work with a subscription License (Production).

  • Please ensure license MAC address and system mac address are same.

  • Customer ID, license ID should match with license file data and Operation type is set to “Create”.

Solution:

  • Install AutomationEdge on another server

  • Ensure that there is no AE license on this server (Delete license entry from DB as well)

  • Apply for UAT/Dev/Trail* license
