How to find MAC address for desktop license?

Hi Nidhi,

  1. Open below PS location

process-studio/psplugins/desktopPlugins/desktop-engine/userdata/bin folder

(NOTE : If above folder is not present, please open PS and start Desktop Spy and follow the above procedure)

  1. Execute license_util.bat file and there we have the MAC for your machine for Desktop License request.
