Not able to Test connection for Connection timed out


In Email Message Input plugin, Unable to connect to IMAP server while testing connection, as it shows connection timed out as below:




There are different causes for this issue, so kindly check the details below:

  • There’s a firewall or anti-virus program intercepting your request, you can disable for the time being
  • You can also try to enable a less secure app on Gmail, on Gmail setting.
  • Also, if your organization restricts any rule to send an email, please contact your IT team.
