I am getting a Connection time out Error for Sharepoint folder/ O365 plugin steps. Please suggest the probable causes.

Please check the following.

  • Please check if correct proxy details are configured for the client server/ Process-studio.

  • Then perform test connection. It will throw exact error.

  • If Microsoft API error for client secret occurred on Test Connection, then please check Application type.

    If Application type is Web, then suggest to create new application of type Public Client/native (mobile & desktop) in Azure AD and generate Refresh token.

  • For One Drive/share point folder mainly it is Public Client/native (mobile & desktop).
