while launching the below mentioned URL with Chrome, i am getting the below error(refer screenshot).

I was able to access the website on my machine in Chrome. Have you already run some automations on this site? One of the reasons for the error, it says is, “you are a power user moving through this website with superhuman speed”
According to me, web-site is using bot-blocking system DISTIL. Mostly it detected some operations going on fast and has blocked bot operated operations.
You can try putting ample delays in the actions and try.
