Just installed process studio on Ubuntu using sh command, but the colors of the font is the same as the background (white), so I cant see anything on the process studio UI

Welcome to the community. Our support for Process Studio on Ubuntu is limited in some aspects. Are you using a dark theme on Ubuntu? If yes, can you try using a light one and let me know if you are still facing the issue?
