Remove particular page from pdf and replace with new page

Hello,
if one customer details pdf is there and if we have to remove any random page for example 4 no page and we have to replace that page with the updated page please suggest what would be the solution for that.

Use the combination of ‘Split PDF’ and ‘Merge PDFs’ plugin steps and develop a workflow.
