In the Request tab, When the status shows it is diverted?

Looks like your question got skipped by our community guides. Diverted status is meant to be shown when a business process or an IT process automation failed not because of the failure in a workflow but due to a problem in the target system or some other business season. Typically, Diverted status is meant to be used in conjunction with a ticketing system so that it can be “Diverted to the manual check queue”
