AutomationEdge R7.4.0 introduced the Shared Workflows feature. Reusable or shared workflows are for use by multiple people or teams within a Tenant organization. They can be useful for standardizing a set of actions or tasks thus increasing efficiency, and reducing errors. A few examples of reusable or shared workflows include Login, Send Mail, and Send Chatbot Response. Please can you share more examples of Shared Workflows. How can we maximize the benefits of Shared Workflows?
Shared WF we created is to estimate the cost of WF execution in a Consumption based model. That way you can monitor, for example, how much each WF is costing the organization. In our demo environment, we return this information to the chatbot that informs the user of WF Processing cost to generate for example a labor reference letter from Human Resources or from other WF we have integrated with the Cognibot.
