I’m trying to use GUI Spy in Chrome for a web automation task, but it keeps failing with a ‘localhost error.’ The extension is installed, but they aren’t connecting. Does anyone know the quick fix for this connection issue?

Could you provide screen shot or more details of the error message. Also check if the AutomationEdge extension is properly added to the chrome browser.
Sometimes I have executed the refresh button, and it then connects.
Make sure it is enabled.
