When the agent will go to an UNKNOWN state?

Hi Ankita,

When there is no communication between agent & Server(i.e Agent is not able to communicate with server) at that time status of the agent will be unknown. And sometimes when an agent gets closed abruptly then also it will go into an unknown state.
