Wait download (With any name)

Hi guys, I need ur help.

I’m trying to create a workflow to wait a download, but every time I submit the request to download the page generate a random numeric name to the “.pdf” document.

I need to know how can I find the name (I cannot use “Get file names” cause it’s in a loop) to rename/move the document.

Can you try with downloading all the files first and then, perform further processing(if possible).
