Hello Everybody,
We are facing an error while starting Agent. It says “Authentication Failed” and stops.
Once you face this issue, Login for all other users also failed through AE portal.

It occurs when agent has stopped unexpectedly, try to shut down agent properly & then try to start it.
Also check the ip of AE-server m/c through which it is downloaded.
