Hello Everybody, We are facing an error while starting Agent. It says “Authentication Failed” and stops. Once you face this issue, Login for all other users also failed through AE portal.

The issue related to AEEngine not able to connect to database can be because of two reasons
- someone abruptly stops tomcat, this leads to lock in a table. If you start the tomcat again, AEEngine is not able to lock the table and so can not continue and deployment for webapp fails.
Because of this, if you now connect through UI OR start agent , you will face issues as the application is not deployed correctly. - Database connection is lost or connection failure. Here again you will see errors on tomcat and failures in talking to AE either from UI or Agent.
