AE agent is Unknown

I have downloaded AE agent and executed the startup.bat file from Command prompt. After executing also the AE agent status is showing unknown in Portal.

Hello Sridurga,

It seems that you have downloaded the agent for the second time on the same machine.
If you have the first downloaded agent with you, please try to start it and check for status.

It is giving the same result. Is there anyway to reset or start as a new one.

Or

  1. Login to your AE portal.

  2. Go to Agents tab.

  3. Delete the agent from the Actions Section.

  4. Start the agent again and check for status.
